Born in Kent in 1971, Stuart studied Illustration and Design at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication at Kent Institute of Art and Design.

He began his professional career as an Illustrator for magazines and as a greeting card designer.

In recent years his work has focused on figurative fine art and portraiture following the classical traditions.

Stuart works in various mediums, currently he is finding success with thinned down oils on primed paper. His work sells through a number of Kent and London Galleries. The Royal Gallery is delighted to add Stuart to our stable of rising stars.
